    Launching of Video Conferencing Service in MTNL, Delhi

               MTNL Delhi is dedicating a Video Conferencing studio for the use of public and corporate houses at Khurshid lal Bhawan ,Janpath,New Delhi on 6.9.2003 at 1600 hrs.Sh.Narinder Sharma ,Chairman & Managing Director,MTNL will inaugurate this facility. Fully air-conditioned studio with latest facilities to acomodate 8 persons has been set up in Delhi.In the second phase ,such studios will be established in other parts of Delhi & Mumbai.

            The studio is situated at Ground Floor ,Khurshid Lal Bhawan,Janpath,New Delhi.The service will be available on all working days between 1000 a.m to 6 p.m.Customers interested in availing this facility may contact out studio Incharge on T.Nos. 23320498/23327278.

            One can walk into MTNL's Video Conferencing studio and have one to one audio-visual communications with their counterparts within India or in any part of the world connected with ISDN network.MTNL is arranging video conferencing facility (outdoor) to meet the varying demands of the customers.

        This video conference facility enables corporates to carry out Board meeting from their respective cities. Companies can show their Product demos, Business presentations to different parties geographically located at different places. Conferences and interviews will help carry out meetings in real time ,enhance your executive's capabilities and translate into enhanced productivity by way of reduction in travel time and expenditure.

The party has to make advance payment through Demand draft/cash at payment counter in Eastern Court, Janpath, New Delhi after getting the demand note from SDE (ISDN) located at Public Video Conference Studio, K.L.Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi.

Note: For out door video conference, the ISDN lines will have to be applied by the subscriber. MTNL will provide the same by charging the casual  connection tariff in force at that time, if the subscriber desires.
